Awesomely Agile
Ty is an Enterprise Agile Coach, ScrumMaster, & Project Manager. He currently has the pleasure of leading a team of Enterprise Coaches at one of the worlds largest agile transformations. He has spent his professional career in the field of Information Technologies. His strength is in getting newly formed groups to become cohesive, self managing, high performing teams. He has an intense interest in interpersonal interaction, and personality dynamics.
At the place where I was before Improving there was a story in the Backlog that was "Ty's Ultimate Doom!". It has acceptance criteria and everything. We, of course did not have HR. So I violated my oath as a ScrumMaster and kept moving it to the bottom of the Backlog.
I think it is time for another violation...
